Absolutely un professional Called for 3xs a day, 30 mins of non sense each time for a week strait. The help have attitude and are rude. No answer to your questions. Always put on hold when they do answer and then they hang up or got disconnected bs. If I could leave negative 10 stars 🌟 I would. 1 week out of meds and 1 week is calling is in unacceptable and absurd. Absolute ridiculous service and not answering of phones for an entire week is pathetically UN. Professional, as I have ever seen, nobody values their job, I believe with all the attitude they have in that office. Including the doctor who sees you for 3 minutes and is always in a rush. 😡

I've been going there for year and my only complaint is sometimes you have wait but they are very patient caring and nice workers and Dr. Kim Jolly cares about herself patients. She goes above and beyond and she's spends time and she listen and take care of you medical and mental needs . I will never go anywhere else. They no longer take my insurance and I'm going to change my insurance because I am not changing my Dr. It's been a pleasure dealing with this clinic for over 15 years

I'm not sure what happened in others' reviews and it almost turned me away from coming but I needed a visit as soon as possible so I came. My appointment was 3:10 and I was out at 4:15. Dr. Harper was a sweetheart like your auntie or mom/grandma vibes. She answered my concerns, informed me on important things and made me laugh. The nurse who did the blood work was also a doll. The front desk lady was sweet as well. Only the ladies doing the blood pressure and taking my info were impersonal but I wouldn't say rude. Overall it was fast. Informative, and comfortable.
